Location is nice.
However the service is a disaster.
At breakfast we had some issues with the juices that were not replenished on time.
At dinner the service is very slow and the maitre scolds the waiter in front of the guests, which, by my point of view it is highly unethical.
Prices are quite high if taken on a food and service quality basis ratio.

The bar at the hotel is amazing ! Great bartender makes awesome cocktails and the service is really good all the way! Also the place and view is amazing. Recommend the bar for sure.
We've been here several times every summer for six years. soft sand, gourmet Foods, amazing sea view. just perfect beach for kids to run and family relax together!
It’s not 4 stars hotel .Room that we get stay in another building. Look not like in internet pictures. Everything very old, not nice . Every morning we wake up before our bell because just up our room stay construction . It was very noisy. So we could not relax in our room. The same railway wake up us at night.
Restaurant very expensive, portions little. Service is bad . Personal not polite, not attentive.
Its too expensive for what you get. Not recommend this hotel to nobody. For this price you can find more new and more nice hotel in center of Alassio.
The hotel looks very outdated from the outside and some of the rooms haven’t been renovated. That being said, the pool area is very nice and the beach entrance fee was included. Service on the terrace was rather slow. Not a bad experience but could use some improvement.
The hotel, staff and grounds were impeccable. A dream really. The rooms facing away from the water face the hill which a nice view, but trains go by from time to time which can be noisy. I would return to thus hotel if in the area. You leave your car with an attendant who takes it somewhere. He needs 30 minutes to retrieve it. Hotel pool is indoors and we'll maintained.
Considering that we visited midst covid, very good experience. Very helpful staff. The hotel accepts dogs, is vegan friendly, clean and warm. Lovely terrace and beach for the summer.
